The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic
The tv didnt play swedish tv channels The spa wasnt a spa... the pool.was over crowded, the sauna was over crowded and uncomfortable to be in. If the price of the spa was cut in half, it would still be too much. The drinks at the spa were ridiculously expensive The view from the room was terrible, unless my spouse and I were extreme exhibitionist, everyone could see in our room The staff was very nice, All in all, the cost of the experience was far greater than the experience

Breakfast was superb - a great selection - really couldn’t be faulted. All the staff were lovely, reception, breakfast room, bar and cleaners. The bath towels were different colours, one set grey, the other white. Really helpful as you know which is yours - a little thing but it makes a difference. Near the train station which is really handy.
I had booked a twin room but when I arrived we’d been given a double. Whether this was the hotel or Booking.coms mistake I do not know. The staff were helpful and arranged a different room which was nice but was not quite ready when we relocated. I think life is slower in winter in Stockholm and it took a while to realise that. It is a nice hotel.

Loved the service, it made me fall in love even more. Can really recomend their breakfasts on Weekdays where luxeries Västerbotten cheese and good espresso is included in the price.
Maybe a little bit pricy. Tried to make a reduction (work as an artist with limited budget). But ok as average. All the best of luck for you who stays there.

The hotel was everything that we expected for our stay. A great hotel in one of one of Europe's most popular tourist cities. The breakfast was well laid out and very good in terms of the quality and the taste.

Superb breakfast and amazing pool!
Expensive extra outdoor pool/spa if you are a hotel guest, although once you are in the pool it's absolutely worth it.

So close to the Central train station - just take the Airport train platform exit to walk 5 min to the hotel. Stockholm hotels are expensive, even in off season and this was the best value I found that included a fantastic breakfast.
Spa prices (massage) very expensive so did not use.
