The location of the hotel is amazing. Some of the staff is super friendly.
I like everything when I came so far. And receptionist even store some of our stuff in their own fridge as our room didn’t have it.
The stuff (two boys) in the evening of arrival day (30th of March) was exceptionally friendly. But in the morning 31st (and it was my birthday) the girl who was receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. This unfortunately spoiled all the feel of staying there. It was only one this kind of bad experience from all my time I was in Stockholm in recent years (7 times) as people in Sweden especially is very nice to people from Ukraine.
I like the hotel and I would recommend to everyone who wants nice clean hotel in the heart of Stockholm.
But I don’t like the attitude of one person at the desk.

This was the second time I stay in this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Very convenient location, easy walking distance from City Central. In just a couple minutes you get to Drottningsgatan to have a nice walk towards the Old City.
Team at the reception is really nice, so positive, always smiling, always ready to help.
There is an option to pay some extra cost and get the really early check-in (of course, if there are available rooms).
Room itself is nice, decent size, I also liked a lot that there was a small kettle and even some free coffee and tea.
Good quality toiletry in the bathroom.
The dumbbells were a nice touch, too - like, you can have additional workout after exploring the city :)
I'd like to emphasize the breakfast: it was included in total price and it was absolutely superb. Great selection, fresh products, everything really delicious!
Check-out time is until 12.00, which is very convenient. Also, there is luggage room available free of charge.
Just for my taste, the bed could be a little more firm, but it is just a taste. Was comfortable anyway.
For my purpose of short weekend getaway everything was just top.
In May, I'm coming to Stockholm again, this time with my mom, and I don't even plan to seek for other options.
