the location is great. it's very easy to walk to main tourist attractions. the room is small, no light-blocking curtain. it's not allow to eat and drink in the room. shared bathrooms are clean, not many but rarely occupied. Wifi is weak.

I really like the location, it was close to the city and to the airport. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable
The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. It just uncomfortable to walk to the bathroom instead of having it in your room. Although the bathrooms were clean. And one more thing, the bathrooms are all gender. I didn’t like it at all. The hotel at least could have done them separately

The location is so good, close to Nobel museum and Royal palace by walking only 3 minutes. It's winter with heavy snow when I visited this city. You need to pay more attention to the road with black ice, so slippery.
Bakery for breakfast is not far away from Hotel, next to the sea, great view from bakery's window.
Shared shower rooms and rest rooms.

The hallways and rooms were very bare bones- almost like a random apartment building, and both the shared bathrooms and the rooms themselves were very bare and not stocked with any essentials.

Very well located very close from the city old city
Very small bedroom with rug on the floor . No commun room to stay and no seats in the entrance… you don’t feel welcome. I find it very expensive for what they offer.

Comfortable bed, with curtains, in the dorms. Excellent location in Gamla Stan for a good price. You get to choose the bed you want that's available in the dorm, which is nice if you have a preference for upper or lower bunk bed.
No kitchen/fridge/microwave available. No common area to sit at or make calls if you don't want to disturb people sleeping in the dorm.

The location in old town is very nice, just walking like 200m you`re in front of the rivers, can see the royal palace very close.
The showers are nice, overall it looked clean
The beds some of them seemed like the bed matress were not so clean and also the duvets. (maybe more changes because of the constant flux of guests)
The towel and linnens provided were clean.

The room was exactly what I expected. Traveling solo so I wasn't looking for anything fancy. The room was clean and more than spacious enough for 1 person. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom is on the small side if that's something you're particular about. Didn't bother me though.

Disappointing
Staff were communicative. Beds were indeed clean and comfortable.
I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the location because I had a very short stay over but the location seemed near a lot of really fun stuff in Stockholm.
The shared bathroom facilities were really gross in my opinion. I will admit there weren't like apparent body fluids anywhere but it was real dingy with no effort to make it feel clean, safe, or comfortable. The keycard door was just taped open. I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to go in there. Forget any kind of regular hotel amenities besides a towel.
The private room gave me the college dorm experience I never had.
I think maybe if you are doing the cheapest hostel style option and already in the mindset for a kind of dormitory experience it might be okay but the price of booking a private room for the value of what you get was absurd to me.
No one at counter at 6:30 or simple instructions for self check out. The whole place just felt kind of ill considered.
