I came to Stockholm for work and had to book very last minute. As Castle House Inn was one of the few options left, I went ahead and booked it - and I was so glad I did! Truly, it is a really exceptional hostel. My room was spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed and very comfortable. I was lucky to have a room with plenty of space, including a seating area and everything was just totally perfect! There is no breakfast, but in the morning you can wander down and get some tea, fruit and other bits and pieces from the little food / drink station and the staff were all so kind, pleasant and helpful. Plus, you truly cannot beat the location!! I can't think of a better one in all of Stockholm! And the building is truly beaitful. I travel very extensively for work and often stay in very fancy hotels and nice locations - but actually, this is my favourite one of all! The team deserve real appreciatio and praise. It is really memorable place. And I am sure I will be back!

Location was the best! I would have liked if the numbers had separate bathrooms and there was machine for drinks that’s also available at night. Not just a locked fridge.

Location. Rooms are super spacious.
In the page "breakfast" is offered to he paid on site. Offered price doesn't match, abd description either... they have coffee, tea, and snacks. The shower had black mold, which is not nice. I guess that for shared bathrooms abd the offered price one could get a better deal...

Fabulous location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and the shared bathrooms were amazing. Huge room with 4 individual private bathroom within each having a toilet, sink, and roomy shower.
The only difficulty is bringing wheeled luggage up the cobblestone street, but that’s a small price to pay for a great stay

Stylish and beautiful place in the heart of the Old Town in Stockholm. Very nice interior design. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything in the center of Stockholm.
