Overall, it was a great stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the internet was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the location was a bit inconvenient for getting to the city center, but it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. I would still recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful! The staff was also kind and helpful. I arrived very early (before the standard check-in time) and the staff member at the front found me an another available room instead of waiting for my original room to be ready (at no extra cost)! It is in a good location for traveling anywhere, with multiple options for transportation available. They also have water, coffee, and tea available at all times even after breakfast.
The room itself was small and it only had a fan to keep cool.

The staff was friendly and helped us when we needed. The breakfast was very nice and they had gluten free bread and fruit. Rooms were clean.
There were no air conditioning. In each room was only one small fan, but in the 29° heat it didn't do much.

The location is good for going to Avicii/3Arena - after a small walk it's 2 stops with a train.
You have to leave your room card to the reception every time you leave the facilities and you have to ring a doorbell to get back in everytime, which was quite odd and inconvinient for us.
At the arrival of our stay we noticed some trash under the beds and it was quite dirty. I asked the receptionist, when was the last time they cleaned our room and we didnt get an answer for that. He promised to take a look while we were away, but when we returned, everything was exactly the same. Even the next day when the cleaning team was finished with our room, the trash was still there. They might change the bedding and the towels, but thats about it.
I know they can't do anything about it, but the room was really hot aswell. Just an FYI.

A very pleasant man at the reception desk. He made everything smooth and easy and resolved any issues that came up. The bed linen was clean, and the room was spotless. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why there was such a huge refrigerator in the room — it just took up space.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The coffee was delicious.
As for the location, it's not as far as some people claim. Plus, both the commuter train and the tram are nearby — only about a 13-minute walk away.

The staff was very friendly, location is 2 stops away from the city centre.
The room feels very cramped, and if you're on the ground floor, opening your windows means anyone could just hop in.
