Breakfast was good for a small hotel
. Room too small . No safe to keep valuable . Some staffs unfriendly . Not good location, looks like in industrial area. . Only have burger king available for dinner . Had to open room window for fresh air. Overall, hotel look like a motel.

Disappointing experience, mainly because of the staff. The room and location were OK, but the front desk and service team made the stay genuinely unpleasant. From check-in onward, staff were dismissive and short with us eye-rolling when we asked a simple question / ignoring requests / curt and cold responses. Good service is the one thing you can't fix yourself when you're traveling, and here it was the weakest part of the whole stay. If a warm, professional welcome matters to you, I'd look elsewhere.

Breakfast was good with a variety and excellent assistance
Room was very clean but I found it cramped and there was no emergency phone. I wanted a hotel close to the conference centre but I didn’t expect it to be in the middle of an industrial estate. This is a two star hotel but 250 euro over night is twice the cost of a similar hotel in Ireland. The best was the staff were excellent, courteous, professional and helpful- and were very reassuring when I was nervous about the location and lack of a phone in my room to call them

The hotel is well located within walking distance from Årstaberg station (a few stops away from the city center), so it's easy to get around. The staff was also really nice and helpful. Immediately after checking in, they offer you coffee/tea and cookies! The breakfast was okay; it had some cold and warm options, as well as juice and coffee, so it's a great way to start the day.
The rooms are basic and small, it is nothing really worth complaining about, though. This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Stockholm for a few days. Nothing special, but it does the job well.

Nice renovated rooms. Breakfast was good. People at desk were very friendly and warm. Burger King and big gas station right next to it. Good place if you are travelling with car.
The hallway carpet should be replaced ( just old and worn out). The area is industrial, not very nice to walk around.
