very clean, modern, loved the kitchenette, comfortable bed, amazing staff, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood
quite far away from the city center (15 min walk to subway and then a 10 min subway ride), no tea or coffee (but had an electric kettle and coffee maker)

Very clean, warm because we came in Christmas time and Stockholm was too cold but you are inside the hotel you feel warm and happy, bathroom, kitchen, room all perfect fully equiped and well furnished, area is beautiful and modern
Changing the towels cost extra money, no house keeping until the 7th day, if you stay shorter no clean or towels change, faraway from center

Everything was great! It's a cozy place in a very nice area. I read a few reviews that the heating was not working properly but that was not the case for our stay. The heating was working very well. I will definitely come back.

I always stay here when I am going to a concert at Avicii Arena. It's a short walk from there and also to some restaurants. The rooms are nice and big and it kinda feels like you're there alone even though I always see plenty of other guests. They also have parking space for rent which comes in handy for us.
The only minus is the chairs make quite a lot of nice against the floors even though they have pads underneath. Can be heard between floors.

This apartment was incredible cleaned. Everything was like new. We had the same food every morning but the breakfast was hearty and varied.
We had a problem with temperature in our room, it was a little cold. We asked a receptionist to help us, but nothing changed. The soap dispenser was torn off and lying on a shelf in the bathroom.

Can’t think of anything.
- Overpriced for what they provide, it was ≈100€. I’d pay 50€ max for this.
- Windows were closed, but it was cold.
- Stains all over the sheets.
- No basic things in the room, not even tea bags.
- On entry, for some reason they said they couldn’t provide me with the room I booked a month prior with a queen bed, so they gave me the other room which they said is bigger and had 2 beds single instead. Room was small, don’t even want to imagine the one I booked.

Not a whole lot although it was a clean apartment and a nice bathroom.
Right from before checking out to checking out earlier by a day(since we couldn’t stand the place) - the staff aren’t friendly and no requests are handled. This is not the place to stay if one is on a vacation. The booking is also very deceiving as everything has a price (breakfast, laundry, etc.) which is not clearly stated while making the reservation. Lastly, the location is so bad and remote.

It's nice the rooms have kitchens because you can really save money and it feels like home. Super clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was not value for money plus its not served in a buffet. It's a paper back you have to pick from the reception back to your room but it's best if you just get something from outside. It's two breads cheese and ham some yogurt and some butter + half a banana for 15 euros or sth. Coffee was good though.

The location of the apartment was very good in the quite neighborhood but with easy excess to the center of the city. Just 3 stations with tram to the green metro line, maximum 20 min to the center. There are two big supermarkets (Lidl and Coop) just 5 min away open till 22hrs every day.
You have everything you need in the kitchen for preparing quick meals in microwave or stove. The apartment was very clean. Beds are comfortable, except the sofa bed.
Breakfast was more then expected although unusual since you get it in a paper bag at the reception and take it to your room. You get juice, yoghurt, cereals, apple, cream cheese, butter, jam, salami, salad, brad, coffee or tea. Like a small buffet packed in a bag.
The staff at the reception is polite and at your service. I would choose this apartment again.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and made a loud creaking noise whenever you moved so studio is not a good choice for 3 adults. With a kid it would be OK.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and situated in an excellent location. It provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it to others. The staff were also welcoming and made the check-in process smooth.

Really big apartment. Kitchen is modern and easy to use. Location is really convenient. The tram so is very close by and there are 2 super markets within 5 mins.
There's no window in the bathroom. So there's bit of a musty smell.

Good value for the money. It is about a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest public transportation line, the tram spot “Luma.”
I liked having a laundry room on-site that is on the main level. You reserve a time slot, which I like as well. It costs 100 SEK/3 hours and you get the laundry room to yourself. They have detergent available to purchase at an additional cost.
WiFi worked well for working remotely.
Elevators were quick.
I wouldn’t say this is a super modern hotel, but again, it’s good value.
There was construction happening outside, which is not the property’s fault. There is also no air conditioning in the room so you are unable to control the temperature.
