Really nice apartment in a cozy neighborhood. It has everything you need. Close to the tram stop, shops, restaurants and beach. Great value for money.
The only small drawback was the distance from the center and no hot water in the shower (only warm).

Clear check in, good location - easy to get everywhere, all needed supermarkets/shops is like 5 min walk, good size of rooms, really comfortable bed. You can also get free salt and paper in case you plan to cook. Everything that might be needed for cooking is there.
a bit stiff pillows, drawers in the kitchen are quite irritating to close and open. Otherwise - all good.

The location was amazing. I liked how close it was to everything I needed. It was very close to transportation, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was safe and clean, with great walking trails close to nature. Since I did not plan to stay in my room all day. I just needed a secure, comfortable room. I did not need the bells and whistles. They more than met my expectations. The space was efficiently laid out. I loved having a functioning kitchen and the hanging hooks on the wall. The 24-hour staffed front desk was great.
I did not like the view, but the blackout curtains were great.

Clean and tidy place.
The bed was waaaaay too small for two people. We asked for a room with two beds. Two fully grown adults don't fit on this tiny bed they call a 'double bed'.

Very close to public transport, grocery stores. You can easily get to the city center or anywhere around Stockholm.

Clean facilities and good location for quick access to trains and the water
The kitchen was missing pieces of the tools provided. For example there was a kettle but the part that was needed to heat the water was nowhere to be found. No tv (it looked like it was dismounted from the wall), no toaster. They require payment for anything extra you need (towels, toiletries, laundry detergent is not included in the price of the laundry)

It was nice staying in an apartment with a fridge and amenities. Especially since we were travelling with a young child. The staff were all friendly and helpful with things like restaurant recommendations and luggage storage.
The only drawback is the location, as it’s a good 30min to the action regardless of whether you take transit or ferry. But we knew this when booking so all good.

Great value for money. The apartment was of good size and very clean, the kitchenette was functional and well equipped, and the breakfast in a bag to have in the room or on the go was very convenient. The location is indeed far from downtown but it's a very pleasant area and easy to use transportation options, including a ferry, are available, so the distance wasn't an issue at all. Staff are great, especially a gentleman working the day shift on 10 Mar, whose attitude towards guests adds a star to the property.
The only issue we had was the foldout sofa being uncomfortable and squeaky.
Maybe laundry could be organized differently to allow for more people to use the service simultaneously. Also, a little diversity when it comes to the items in the breakfast bag can make a great difference.

The host was very nice and polite. We had a very early leave and they managed to get us our breakfast for the leave, which was highly appreciated by us. The breakfast was just ok, nothing exceptional

very clean, modern, loved the kitchenette, comfortable bed, amazing staff, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood
quite far away from the city center (15 min walk to subway and then a 10 min subway ride), no tea or coffee (but had an electric kettle and coffee maker)
