Very Good
Location near trams and buses that take you to stations where you can take the metro. Near the hotel you can find nice restaurants or use the delivery app which brings a thousand options. Everything works (bathroom, douche, tv, lights, kitchen appliances, etc) and it was comfortable.
The kitchen is poorly equipped if you´re planning on cooking every day with some sort of variety.

The room was basic but provided all we needed for the stay. The location was ideal for access to local transportation. The room was clean and we had all the utensils necessary to cook meals.
The charging ports by the bed were broken.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also found several of the reception staff to be friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.
When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and there was construction work in progress. Unfortunately, there were no signs or directions to guide us to the reception, which made our arrival quite inconvenient.
Later, we requested to borrow an umbrella so we could walk to the nearest grocery store to buy some snacks. We were surprised to learn that we would have to pay to use the umbrella. We found this to be unfriendly and not in line with the level of hospitality we were expecting.
The bagged breakfast was appreciated; however, we would recommend including halal-friendly options for Muslim guests. Adding a boiled egg would also be a welcome improvement. Most of the available breakfast items, such as salami and sausages, contained pork. Since these were placed together with the other food items, we were unable to consume even the items that had been stored alongside the non-halal products. Providing clearly separated halal-friendly options would greatly improve the experience for Muslim guests.

Location to Luma Station, nice family neighborhood with markets close by.
There was a group of Slavic men who were staying at hotel near the end of our stay and they were loitering and keeping the elevator doors open so we could not use them.

Wonderful
The room was very clean and equipped with cooking facilities. The hotel is located in the residential area which was quiet. The grocery store is just few minutes work and 4 minutes walk to public transit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I like the area.
Overall, I had a great experience here, though there were a few issues. The room could have been cleaner, and the shower water was too hot and difficult to adjust. There were also water shortages due to maintenance, and management did not provide even a bottle of water as compensation. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my stay.

It was clean and comfortable. Having kitchen was good. Location is great, groceries and restaurants are close.
There was no salt, pepper or oil in kitchen. TV didnt show english channels or at least wouldve great to have possibilty to use Netflix app in TV.

Really nice apartment in a cozy neighborhood. It has everything you need. Close to the tram stop, shops, restaurants and beach. Great value for money.
The only small drawback was the distance from the center and no hot water in the shower (only warm).

Clear check in, good location - easy to get everywhere, all needed supermarkets/shops is like 5 min walk, good size of rooms, really comfortable bed. You can also get free salt and paper in case you plan to cook. Everything that might be needed for cooking is there.
a bit stiff pillows, drawers in the kitchen are quite irritating to close and open. Otherwise - all good.

The bed was waaaaay too small for two people. We asked for a room with two beds. Two fully grown adults don't fit on this tiny bed they call a 'double bed'.

The location was amazing. I liked how close it was to everything I needed. It was very close to transportation, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was safe and clean, with great walking trails close to nature. Since I did not plan to stay in my room all day. I just needed a secure, comfortable room. I did not need the bells and whistles. They more than met my expectations. The space was efficiently laid out. I loved having a functioning kitchen and the hanging hooks on the wall. The 24-hour staffed front desk was great.
I did not like the view, but the blackout curtains were great.
