Roomy space, near transportation.
The girl at the desk had an attitude. She tried to make it seem that it was my fault the key card wouldn’t work. The male staff were friendly and helpful.

It was excellent experience, the hotel location is near to the tramway station where you can go anywhere in Stockholm. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and quiet.
The only comment I have is about the breakfast, it is the same package everyday. Although it was not a big issue, I recommend considering different options to the breakfast food will be a plus.

The room was perfect for preparing meals and relaxing. It was quiet and in a quiet area, but still close enough to get to the main sites. We walked to Old Town one day, which was beautiful!
Our room was "slightly" too warm. Having said that, we love a cold room. We opened the windows during the day and that helped cool it down. I know my sister had issues with this and spoke to the front desk and they were able to adjust the heat for her. We didn't think it was necessary since it was just slightly warm and the open window solved the problem for us.

The stuff is very friendly and ready to help and recomend with anything. The location is in the city center, very accessible for buses or for a walk.
Very clean and comfortable.
I didn't like the room view as there was no view, but this depends on of the differente class /type of room and price of course.

Location, easy to access, friendly staff. Solid stay, could have been better.
Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I was given a dirty shower towel, and the apartment had a strange smell, possibly due to dust. The bed also had a noticeable dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Apartmant was also cold...

It’s our second time staying in Biz Apartment. The room is really big compared to other accommodation options in Stockholm. It takes only 20-25 mins to get to the city center. The staff is always helpful.
This time the room was less clean and there was a leakage on the ceiling. Unfortunately the hotel was full so they couldn’t change our room. But the staff helped us and we got a refund of our last night. So it’s not a big problem.

Location near trams and buses that take you to stations where you can take the metro. Near the hotel you can find nice restaurants or use the delivery app which brings a thousand options. Everything works (bathroom, douche, tv, lights, kitchen appliances, etc) and it was comfortable.
The kitchen is poorly equipped if you´re planning on cooking every day with some sort of variety.

The room was basic but provided all we needed for the stay. The location was ideal for access to local transportation. The room was clean and we had all the utensils necessary to cook meals.
The charging ports by the bed were broken.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also found several of the reception staff to be friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.
When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and there was construction work in progress. Unfortunately, there were no signs or directions to guide us to the reception, which made our arrival quite inconvenient.
Later, we requested to borrow an umbrella so we could walk to the nearest grocery store to buy some snacks. We were surprised to learn that we would have to pay to use the umbrella. We found this to be unfriendly and not in line with the level of hospitality we were expecting.
The bagged breakfast was appreciated; however, we would recommend including halal-friendly options for Muslim guests. Adding a boiled egg would also be a welcome improvement. Most of the available breakfast items, such as salami and sausages, contained pork. Since these were placed together with the other food items, we were unable to consume even the items that had been stored alongside the non-halal products. Providing clearly separated halal-friendly options would greatly improve the experience for Muslim guests.

Location to Luma Station, nice family neighborhood with markets close by.
There was a group of Slavic men who were staying at hotel near the end of our stay and they were loitering and keeping the elevator doors open so we could not use them.
