Third time staying here. Everything about it is perfect for our visit. 2 min walk to stockholmsmassan and great transport links less than 5 mins walk from hotel. Staff, rooms, food are excellent.

Best location, close to the community train station nearby. From this station to Stockholm Central station only 8 min distance and every 5/7 min latter their is train.

Staffs and location were good, breakfast was average, parking is available and free. Cozy place. Price was affordable in comparison with other hotel chains.
Except daily bed sheets and towels, the other parts of the room like curtains, carpet, furnitures and floor were really dirty. Our room didn’t have air conditioner. All furnitures and other stuffs were old.

Location near the railway to the center, 8 minutes, and you arrive in Stockholm city, very convenient
The breakfast was average, cleanliness can be much better, especially the bed mattress; the beds were not very comfortable.

Great breakfast options, gluten free too! The staff were so kind. I didn’t catch the name of the night time attendant at reception but she was so lovely and very helpful! We had an early morning flight and she provided us with an early breakfast. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for everything.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room.
Breakfast was also nice. Location was perfect, only few minutes walk to train station.

Last minute late booking was no problem with 24 hour reception. Luckily they had a room for a pet allowed. Nice and clean.
Hotel choice was based on pets allowed. There is no facility to say you are actually bringing a pet on Booking.com but the hotel require prior notification of pets coming because not all rooms are available for pets....

The location was great as it was near the train station, supermarket and some nice restaurants. We liked the breakfast as well.

Very close to the train station
Unfortunately the breakfast service was very poor…. Nothing special was not offered to us as 4 stars hotel standard.
So my children refused to eat breakfast for the rest of our stay.
In our room we were not offered good facilities to charge our phones and laptops (no sockets)
We paid expensive for nothing.

Pleasant
The beds were spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is close to the train station, so it's easy to get around. The room has a kettle.
There was no AC in the room and it was very hot to sleep,even with an open window. It's also quite too loud outside due to trains and traffic to sleep with the open window. The breakfast is mediocre. No closet shelves. No safe.

Liked the location, next to the train station, 10 minutes to the center.
The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, there was both a fridge and an iron. Good breakfast. Free parking.
The hotel doesn't look attractive from the outside, but everything is fine inside.
