Pleasant
Breakfast was really nice.
General condition and maintenance of the hotel looked really old.
Furnitures in the room also were old and not well maintained.

Good
Decent breakfast (come earlier!), rooms.
It is allowed to keep luggage after check-out free.
Staff is polite.
Location is fine if you know how to get to the tram station.
Hotel was advertised as 4*, but no shower cap, shaving set, toothbrush & toothpaste, slippers or dressing gown was provided. Just like 3* hotel.
Top cover on a bed was dirty, with huge white spot. If it`s impossible to wash it off, then replace it.

Fair
The hotel has in its proximity many restaurants, a train station and a supermarket.
Although the hotel is rated four stars, my room fell well below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. The furniture was old and heavily worn, the paint on the walls was scratched, the bed linen had yellowed, and the pillowcases showed clear signs of wear and pilling. The windows also had visible traces of adhesive on the glass. There were clumps of dust on the floor from the moment I checked in.
The bathroom amenities were very basic, consisting only of a bottle of liquid soap and one of shampoo. There were no slippers, bathrobes, or other amenities I would normally expect from a four-star hotel.
Breakfast offered a reasonably wide selection, but it was exactly the same every day throughout my six-day stay.

We had a medical issue and the staff were very kind.
Bjorn on the front desk was especially outstanding throughout our stay and his attention to detail and his help was incredibly helpful and sympathetic towards us and with a smile every time. One reason we would return for sure
Breakfast dissapeared bang on ime each morning , that was a little scary ;-)

Very Good
Proximity to train station. You can reach the train in 6 minutes on foot. Breakfast was very good. Accommodation was clean and the room was spacious. Receptionist was helpful.
Rooms are cleaned every other day. It is close to a busy road. Closing the balcony door eliminates most of the noise. Beds were too soft.
