The location is great. The reception and bartender staff are great. The buffet has almost everything anyone could eat. The beds are good.
If you are staying for a few days the cleaning staff is good but you have to schedule them your self. Anything extra you ask for is frowned upon. The nightlife is loud across the street from the hotel. And it doesn't stop until 5am. Air conditioning to the 5th and 6th floor is almost nonexistent. You'll have a small fan. The shower leaked onto the floor and all the towels were used to soak up the water. The metal drain grate came off as you showered and you had to be careful not to step into the pipe.

The room was very nicely furnished, it was very comfortable and we liked the two chairs The buffet breakfast was excellent, and there was a very large choice.
We think that you need to inform guests about the disco that is very near to the hotel and the deafening music that is played every night from 10 pm to 2 am in the morning. We didn’t think it was good enough that the hotel provided earplugs without any indication why. We couldn’t get to sleep until after this music had stopped and it spoilt our stay. We know that the disco has nothing to do with the hotel, but we cannot understand how this volume of music can be allowed in the city. It spoilt our stay in what was a very good hotel.

Breakfast was good - lots of choice but very busy and seemed to be limited seating areas. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Location was great for the city centre

Beautiful hotel in a central location. The room was cozy, full of historical charm, and maintained an ideal temperature throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely visit again.

Breakfast was good and location was central
However, it was in the middle of the party district. EXTREMELY noisy all night up until 5 am with loud bass and revellers. Even earplugs didn’t help
