Great location with very comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was top notch. The staff were all friendly and helpful during the stay. Perfect English. Bikes available to use. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in a prestigious, central area, easy to reach from both the train station and the airport, including by public transport. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, especially the blueberry pie, highly recommend trying it!
The street can be quite noisy at night, cars without mufflers passing by, and a nightclub right across the hotel. In the mornings you can sometimes notice traces of the previous night’s festivities outside. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, though — a nice touch.

Truly exceptional breakfast.
Was noisy outside, no policing of loud bikes till past midnight, but not the hotels fault and window soundproofing very good.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, great service at the bar!
Ms Agnes at the reception humiliated us TWICE by giving the wrong rooms. We were given cheaper smaller rooms, even if we insisted to get the one we paid for. An incredibly sad experience in such a nice hotel.

Location and breakfast
I had booked 2 standard double rooms measuring 15/18 square meters. When we went up to the room we immediately noticed that the rooms we had been assigned were 10 square meters. I asked the reception to give us the rooms I had paid for and unpleasantly they replied that I would have to pay a difference to have the larger rooms. I felt cheated!

Good location, nice view, good beds
Our room was very dirty… old bandaids on the floor… lots of long hair on shower walls. Asked to come clean the shower, they came and made the bed and didn’t touch the walls…. Had to move rooms.

Breakfasts were hard for ppl with allergies, I would‘ve liked having allergens pointed out. Had many days of troublesome reactions even though I was careful and avoided the „usual suspects“. Works better in other hotels
