The location
Very poor air conditioning in the room.
We pre-ordered fans (after seeing others post) which helped. The hallways and common areas had good air con but the rooms did not.

As expected best western was always my choice if there is any in the city . The room was very nice , the breakfast is exceptional. Staff were so helpful , I don’t have any difficulty both check out or check in. The location is next to bus station and supermarket just a step away. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel if someday I will visit Stockholm.
Even tough is near the bus stop , but the connection of Public transportation is not quite well. We can not relay this bus, since the long waiting time for each arrival of the bus. Walking distance to Odenplan (the station hub) is approximately 9 minutes, so it preferable than waiting for the bus in the station nearby.

The room was clean and just the size we needed. It had a nice lounge chair. The supermarket was next door. There was easy walking distance to center of city and olde town. The breakfast was great. The S staff was courteous and helpful.

Beds were comfortable! Excellent buffet breakfast. Loved the orange juicer and ginger juices. Location great.
The sauna was great to book. Only issue we had was trying to get out of the two door entrances to the sauna, the door wouldn’t open. Struggled a few minutes to open it. Also the phone there didn’t work, so couldn’t call for help. Also the second door going out, didn’t see you had to push the small button to open the door. Other than that, every thing was excellent!

The breakfast was phenomenal! More food and a greater variety than I ever expected. Quality excellent. The room was large enough and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Supermarket next to the hotel.
The hotel was a bit of a walk to the train and the directions weren't as clear as they might have been. Nothing too exciting in the immediate area to look at. But it's all only a short walk away.

Very quiet place to stay (for me personally biggest plus), colorful and cozy lobby, helpful personal, great breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Supermarket the next door. Little bit farther to closest underground station, but no.2 bus takes you to the downtown, so no problem. Really nice place to stay in beautiful city.
Kingdom for good small espresso instead of americanos :)

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Great location - 10-minute walk to the underground station, ICA supermarket in the same building, a couple of nice viewpoints on the nearby hills. No noise issues. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Amazing value for money.
Mould around the bathtub - water accumulates there during showers, which has likely led to mould developing over time.
Breakfast area was pretty crowded even on Thursday, would be nice if instead of being encouraged to go there at 07:30 breakfast was extended.
