The hotel stuff was very friendly, breakfast was exceptionally good with variety of dishes, coffee/ tea & cookies were available throughout the day. We had a family room and it was comfortable for all to sleep.

Room was on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate. My other family members had the larger size room and it was probably worth the small price difference. Everything was clean and I love that there is no carpeting in the room. I was there in the winter and the room was warm and comfortable. Best part of the stay was the fantastic breakfast--everything you could possibly want. Also, super nice that there is always free coffee, tea and cookies available in the lobby--a super nice touch!

The sound isolation. You can hear what is going on in the other rooms. Windows could be better isolated and doble glasees for better temperature comfort

Super comfy bed, renovated bathroom with a great shower, excellent breakfast with loads of fresh and healthy options- fresh smoothies and ginger shots! Coffee and snacks all day including for gluten free guests. Nice building!
No gym because of a flooding- hopefully this will be available in the future.
There was no closet in the room. For one traveler this was not an issue and I was able to hang a few things on the coat rack, but might be an issue for people traveling with business or formal attire- and maybe a tight fit for a couple

The room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. I enjoyed the breakfast here and it was good value for money :-) Nice and quite neiborhood.
I could hear a bit of noise from the next door or hallway when I tried to go to sleep. Not very good soundproof. However, it was not okay after midnight.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. We liked the breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to restaurants, bakery and a small shopping center.
The family room was small. It's warm in the room during summer so they should provide big electric fans or air-conditioning. Overall it's worth the money because it's cheaper if you book it here.

Convenient location in a quiet area of the city, close to public transportation.
Extremely small rooms not perceptible by the pictures shown on the website (somehow deceitful). I reserved a two bed bedroom and got two single bed room instead, which would be okay if the rooms were spacious. It had about 0,5 meters spare on each side of the bed maximum distance to the wall, a night table just big enough to place a cellphone, one single chair and a tiny table, no water or refreshments available, and WORST, NO AC!! There was a small dusty fan on the floor as the provided solution for the huge temperature discomfort. The rooms were roasting, unbearably hot. Everything is tiny in this hotel, from the rooms to the bathrooms or even the breakfast area - even the dishes!! Seriously, the breakfast tables are so small they have to use desert plates. It’s like a doll’s house. Cleanliness is a hit and miss, with a noticeable coat of dust over the reception counter as a “welcome” card. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again, even if in a budget. For the asked price there’s much better to be found. Staff did not cause a remarkable experience either, the lack of empathy and customer service skill is noticeable. No idea how they got a 4 stars rating but I’d say it’s a solid 2 stars.

I had an appointment at the embassy and the hotel was a 20 minute walk away, which was convenient. The only positive aspect of this booking, unfortunately.
Avoid this place — seriously.
The woman at reception had the worst attitude I've ever encountered at a hotel. She was visibly annoyed that my partner didn’t come with me — even though the price was the same. Then she told me my room was on the second floor, but it was actually in the basement. Confusing and not a great start.
The room itself was awful. I hadn’t realized I booked a “no windows” room, and it felt more like a stale dorm — poor air circulation, blonde hair on the towels, and just overall grim. I asked for a fan and was flatly told “no” without her even checking. Later, I saw one right behind the desk. Only after some back-and-forth did she reluctantly hand it over.
No iron in the room either. When I asked for one, she halfheartedly searched a drawer and said there wasn’t one — and it was “too late” to check storage.
Unhelpful, dismissive, and far from welcoming. Wish I had stayed elsewhere.

The hotell is not a glamorous choice of a stay however its perfect within the price range they have. Staff was exceptionally kind.
Perhaps the breakfast area is slightly small. During rush hour we had to wait to get a seat.

We greatly enjoyed the breakfast, tasty and helped a lot in taking care of it for us. The location is in quite a nice neighbourhood although a ways walk to the city centre, about half an hour, or less than ten minutes to the nearest metro station. The room was excellent for what we needed.
It is a bit of a long walk to any of the city sites, or two stops on the metro to the city centre. However the walk is peaceful and in a nice area.

A small nice room with all you need. Excellent breakfast. Good to have complementary snacks and tea. Also good location - just 5 min from metro station and 3 min with metro to Stockholm city; 20 min. by foot to centre; bus stops nearby with bus 57 and 76 going to old town.
Would be cool to have a fridge or be offered one common, but not totally necessary.
