- The staff is one of the best I've experienced on my travels - and I travel a lot for work. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible, and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Tim and Theo were exceptionally helpful; thank you so much!
- The location is very central but far from the bars and the tourist madness. You can easily walk or rent a bike/scooter to get anywhere in the center.
- breakfasts are amazing, simply amazing. Incredible variety, great taste, and the staff is also awesome.
- the inner yard is a great add-on. it was used both for breakfasts and afternoons (the staff organized a barbecue, free for all guests - how awesome is that??)
- everything was very clean; the facilities, bed sheets, and furniture were clean and new
- no a/c (but honestly, I came on the hottest days of summer - and of my 5 days, only 2 were hot, and the fan was enough to chill down at night).
- if you come on good weather days, I'd recommend getting a room facing outside (that awesome inner yard has great acoustics, and the noise from people and their kids comes all the way into your open windows. Not applicable on cold and rainy days, obviously ;). I asked for a room facing outside, and was very happy during my stay (the street that hotel is facing, is pretty quiet, basically a dead end - and you can't hear much of the adjacent street although it has some traffic on workdays)

The staff is excelent, breakfast is great, they have an outdoor garden that is amazing for having your breakfast or just relax. Great for the price we paid.
More amenities to the room, like a clothing iron and napkins restock would be great.

The hotel stuff was very friendly, breakfast was exceptionally good with variety of dishes, coffee/ tea & cookies were available throughout the day. We had a family room and it was comfortable for all to sleep.

Room was on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate. My other family members had the larger size room and it was probably worth the small price difference. Everything was clean and I love that there is no carpeting in the room. I was there in the winter and the room was warm and comfortable. Best part of the stay was the fantastic breakfast--everything you could possibly want. Also, super nice that there is always free coffee, tea and cookies available in the lobby--a super nice touch!

The sound isolation. You can hear what is going on in the other rooms. Windows could be better isolated and doble glasees for better temperature comfort

Super comfy bed, renovated bathroom with a great shower, excellent breakfast with loads of fresh and healthy options- fresh smoothies and ginger shots! Coffee and snacks all day including for gluten free guests. Nice building!
No gym because of a flooding- hopefully this will be available in the future.
There was no closet in the room. For one traveler this was not an issue and I was able to hang a few things on the coat rack, but might be an issue for people traveling with business or formal attire- and maybe a tight fit for a couple

The room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. I enjoyed the breakfast here and it was good value for money :-) Nice and quite neiborhood.
I could hear a bit of noise from the next door or hallway when I tried to go to sleep. Not very good soundproof. However, it was not okay after midnight.
