Loved the vibe! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The wine bar was amazing so was the staff.
Rooms were a little on the smaller side and wished there was more storage to hang clothes

Amazing location, staff was so friendly and welcoming. Charming decor. Breakfast was incredible!
I recommend black out curtains since there are 18hrs of sunlight! We had to sleep with eye masks

Location and room were lovely. No issues with the hotel experience.
Staff told us our car was ok to park on the street overnight. Got an 1100 kr ticket on windshield in the morning. Not happy and ruined what was otherwise a great stay.

Not much.
Room was very small, asked for a larger room and was told not an option, however I looked on-line and there were larger rooms available. The staff unhelpful in too many ways. Had delayed luggage delivered and they couldn’t bring it to the room. Curtains broke and it took two days and multiple requests to fix. Location was okay.

Everything, especially the cool decor and themes for each floor and area and the free breakfast was above and beyond what any other hotel I’ve stayed at is like.
Staff was awesome from the housekeeping crew to the kitchen to the reception.
I wish the fridge was usable and not stuffed with pay to eat/drink goods.

Wonderful
There are obvious charms to this hotel. The staff is wonderful—friendly, helpful, welcoming. The wine bar in the courtyard is a delight. The breakfast is varied and generous. The interesting historical furnishings are fun. But one must be willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort to enjoy these charms.
I will just echo what others have said here. The rooms can be VERY small. It’s an historic building, so this is inevitable. But my room was cramped and dark. No armoire or shelves; no place, except the short, dark corridor, to place my bag. And the room was WARM. Windows can be opened only about two inches (“for security reasons,” I was told, although the neighborhood seems fine). Ventilation is non-existent, and in summer the rooms can be warm if there is a heat wave, as there was during my stay. But if you are staying only a few days and don’t mind the slight inconvenience, the charms are a delight.

Location, feel. We have stayed here several times in the past. The breakfast and breakfast area staff are outstanding as are the cleaning staff and some of the front desk people.
The check in was not service oriented. The hotel guests seem to be an afterthought. On the evening of our departure the entire bar and restaurant areas/rooms (inside and out) were only for a gathering of an outside organization (ironically the Best Western Hotel group).

Location is great. This is our second time in stockholm, we stayed here both times. Rooms are a bit tiny but you have this information in advance. However bed is very comfy. Breakfast is well above European average. Variety of selections are more than enough. Small bites of cakes cacao balls those are prepared for takeaway in the inner rooms of breakfast hall are real gems. Dont miss those out :)

Location is amazing, close to lots of good restaurants and nice shops. Beautiful views of Stockholm within walking distance. Friendly and attentive staff. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, always appreciated. Breakfast is good. Really recommend a visit to the wine bar. Interior is fantastic with different themes for each floor.
Breakfast room is crowded and not very spacious. The room was a bit warm and it did not seem to be possible to adjust temperature.

The hotel is very interesting, with several unique design elements. There is an elevator, for those who have a hard time of stairs, but it’s definitely best to use the stairs. The location is fantastic for visiting Sodermalm, GamlaStan. But without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is the incredibly helpful staff and the amazing buffet breakfast.
