Location, feel. We have stayed here several times in the past. The breakfast and breakfast area staff are outstanding as are the cleaning staff and some of the front desk people.
The check in was not service oriented. The hotel guests seem to be an afterthought. On the evening of our departure the entire bar and restaurant areas/rooms (inside and out) were only for a gathering of an outside organization (ironically the Best Western Hotel group).

The location is great and the outside terrasse in just perfect.
The parking was full for the duration of our stay. We suggest to book it in advance.

Better bedside lighting, they had limited adjustment and dim. Shower screen leaked, making bathmat and adjacent floor wet. Unclear that drinks and snacks on windowsill were not complimentary.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely plentiful breakfast choices and easy location.
There was an iron in the room but it was not a steam iron which made it difficult to iron certain fabrics.
