The location was excellent .
I really appreciated that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage for a few days while I was in Visby. When I came back to check in again, everything was smooth and convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
It was such a thoughtful touch that they prepared breakfast in the lobby for guests leaving early, even before the buffet opened.
The ice machine on our floor was broken and not labeled and it wasn’t fixed till we checked out.
The breakfast buffet is quite small considering the size of the hotel. There was a long queue and limited seating, which made breakfast feel crowded and unfortunately prevented me from fully enjoying it.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
he housekeeping was below the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I also requested an upgrade from our Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite, but unfortunately it was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a King Room as an upgrade and had to pay extra for it. However, the room had essentially the same layout as the Deluxe Room, actually felt smaller, and did not even have a bathtub. I therefore did not feel that the additional charge was justified. Overall, the hotel feels more like a good 4-star property than a true 5-star hotel

Excellent location, very nice hotel, breakfast very good.
The rooms were very hot, you should consider having AC or the windows should open. The fans are not the solution. Also the rooms were too dark, since the walls are black you should have more light. There was a lot of dust also. Better cleaning

Location and style of venue was very nice
No air conditioning in the rooms. Not acceptable for a five star hotel. Rooms are very warm. Even though there is a fan available it’s very noisy and being a light sleeper it’s noise affected my rest.

The best location you can find right at the heart of the city and close to all best shops and eateries
We walked into our room only to find a fan! We immediately realized there must have been something wrong ! The room was stuffy and hot. We reported it twice and were told that the ventilation system will be checked! After many attempts we ended up with sleepless night in a warm room

Breakfast had a wide array of delicious options. Very friendly and helpful staff including on tips for around the city. Helped arrange a great massage in the hotel.
Some things were generally too salty for my preference though.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Six. It was within easy walking distance to Gamla Stan and other sites. Room clean.
