The staff were extremely helpful and resolved all our issues . I would like to praise some of those who helped us but there are many more Hussain house keeping Edel reception Jushan Devine Roland in restaurant Chef Nany was extremely good and great cook Chef Hasan bery friendly Fayrooz Elias in the restaurant The room was very comfortable facing the courtyard very quiet. The restaurant and breakfast was exceptional. The evening meal was very good . The sauna was excellent . The gym was good but needs a full refurbishment and increase ventilation and fans . Thank you to all the staff . We will definitely book again in At Six and would highly recommend it . Thank you to the team At Six for their hospitality.

Ideal location; close to train station, central metro & tram lines, and central shopping area. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had outside of the Middle East and North Africa. Everything was so tasty and the staff are all so so sweet.
Windows in our room didn’t open. But we had a fan and missed heatwaves, so it wasn’t terrible. But peak summer I imagine the rooms are hell.

The location was excellent . I really appreciated that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage for a few days while I was in Visby. When I came back to check in again, everything was smooth and convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even better. It was such a thoughtful touch that they prepared breakfast in the lobby for guests leaving early, even before the buffet opened.
The ice machine on our floor was broken and not labeled and it wasn’t fixed till we checked out. The breakfast buffet is quite small considering the size of the hotel. There was a long queue and limited seating, which made breakfast feel crowded and unfortunately prevented me from fully enjoying it.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
he housekeeping was below the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I also requested an upgrade from our Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite, but unfortunately it was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a King Room as an upgrade and had to pay extra for it. However, the room had essentially the same layout as the Deluxe Room, actually felt smaller, and did not even have a bathtub. I therefore did not feel that the additional charge was justified. Overall, the hotel feels more like a good 4-star property than a true 5-star hotel
