The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and shower cabins were incredibly clean and it's nice there was a kitchen we could use.
I didn't like that there's no room to store your suitcase in properly. The lockers were much too small to fit a suitcase into. I would've felt safer with a better way to store luggage in my room. Also, the lighting in our dorm was much too dim!

Very clean hostel (halls, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen), the staff very nice! Beds comfortable! If you want something budget friendly and very good, this is your place! Very close to downtown, the harbor and the central station! I recommend this hostel 100%!

Location and price are the biggest selling points. It was a nice area and relatively quiet and connection with the center was easy. Rooms were comfortable and had the necessities. The shared areas (bathroom, etc.) were a bit worn out but for short term stay it wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful, we could store our luggage there after our stay.

The place is well located and well maintained, with a friendly staff, good amenities and an overall pleasant experience. It's a great budget option for staying in a central place in Stockholm. Would come back again, definitely.
With this price it would've been nice to have a personal bathroom and a more comfy shower, but you know what you get when you aim at these prices and I guess it's just a consequence of everything being pricier in Northern Europe.

“The only strong point was the location, which is excellent. All other aspects fell clearly below expectations this time.
I got several bites during my stay at the hostel. The bites increased after the third night, and I had only two possible places of exposure: my daughter’s home and this hostel. I also noticed that several long‑term residents don’t have enough storage space, so their belongings are on the floors and beds. This adds clutter and makes proper room inspections more difficult. There were two clearly black spots on the bedsheet, and a long‑term resident told me there had been bedbugs in the building before. I informed the staff and sent photos, but I was not believed even with the pictures. I was not told who inspected the room, when it was done, or whether the inspector was a professional. The professional inspection and written report I requested were not provided. I was also asked if I had been somewhere else, even though I had already explained there were only two possible exposure locations. This further reduced my trust. I was left with the impression that the situation was downplayed and not handled openly. My trust was lost, and I did not feel respected as a guest. I am writing this so future guests can make an informed decision.
