A very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Karlstad. Extremely friendly staff. Very generous breakfasts.
Rooms are rather compact.

Personnel, breakfast, location and room perfectly as expected.
I was "upgraded" to a nicer room and like this new one really much, except one thing...
The beds were not really comfortable and mine was noisy and is due for replacement.
Cause a whole lot of missed sleep unfortunately :(

The location and the staff.
The room needs at least a fan in the heat. I thought it had Air Conditioning but didn’t. Left the windows open all night and it worked well.

It was a truly terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived around 10 PM, and the neighboring room was filled with young people making constant noise, yelling, and seemingly having wild parties. We couldn’t tolerate it, but unfortunately, the reception was already closed. And we had call the security twice to fix the issue.
