Lovely location on the beach, lovely terrace, staff very friendly helping us around. The accomodation has everything needed, we ordered dinner from a restaurant close by and served it on the beautiful terrace.

The close proximity to the water - it is a beautiful view. The patio has very nice furniture and we spent most of our time here when we were at the apartment. The upstairs bedrooms are clean and minimalist and the beds comfortable. Close to a small grocery store with a friendly owner. Close to restaurants at Beau Vallon.
There were a few maintenance issues eg. a leaking tiolet, loose basin tap, loose shelf in the shower. I did bring it to the attention of the owner at the end of our stay and he promised to attend to it. The outside of the kitchen cupboards can do with a proper clean. The garden has not been attended to in a long time - not as neat as on on the photo's. The lounge suite and dining table is a bit dated but still functional. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the apartment. The third bedroom looks at the backyard of the neighbour which is not pleasant. Consider installing frosted glass. There was no BBQ as indicated, but the lady that did our check in said we can call her to bring one should we need it.

The location is great on the famous Beau Vallon Beach , The host Mr. Peter was friendly and cooperative and let us stay for a late check-out for free. The property was nice and cozy with every thing you need , you have a mini market with a 10 minutes walk. The scenery of the Ocean is spectacular and every thing was just perfect.
It would be better only if the bed matresses were with a higher quality.

Wonderful property with very attentive owner. A good place for a family or a big company with an ocean view and a small beach. Also it has a big beach in two minutes ride.
Villa also had a security and a parking for at least two cars. Great place to stay on Mahe!

Really well situated right on the beach - where else can you watch a pod of dolphins playing while you are eating breakfast?
Downstairs furniture was a little dated. Upstairs was great.

The house was quiet great specially because of the direct access to the beach and the locations of the rooms which was propitious to fall asleep with the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks below, also the fantastic view of the ocean, two out of the tree bedrooms have and of course the sense of safety with all the security in place.
The lack of AC in the living room and weak Wi-Fi coverage in one of the bedrooms.

The overall standard of the Villa and the exceptional service from staff was Excellent,the staff were also very kind.I will certainly be staying there again anytime am in Seychelles.

Villa is right on the beach and you can watch the sunset right from the terrace. Inside is everythig what you need for your stay with family, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with aircondition and bathrooms. Helpful staff . Driver, Paul, was waiting for us in front of airport and during 30 minutes we were there. We recommend to rent the car to explore the whole beautiful island.
