Very Good
The breakfast was good although you had to pay for good coffee which I thought was not clever. Staff were very helpful in supportive in helping us get onto the internet.
There coudl have bene better facilities near the pool, and the pool bar coudl have been better sorted - although I was aware it was not that busy.

This is a really lovely hotel. An oasis in a busy city. The garden is beautiful, and the pool area looks out over the ocean. A lovely place to sit of an evening. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything works. The wifi was consistently good. I have work coming up over the course of this year, and look forward to coming back.

Location close to the museum and art/craft market, and other hotels/coffee shops was good and easy to walk to. Room was comfortable and clean. Meals were good and staff always friendly and professional.
Over our 5 mornings we never had hot water for showering (tepid at best) did manage hot water on two early evenings. The Tv operating control was challenging to master, but we did figure it out eventually.

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great pressure
The chef was an amazing steak cook I had the best fillet steak in my life cooked by chef
Communication regarding our dining experiences with the waiting staff they arent very educated with wine and when you are paying to eat there it becomes costly

IT support was great when wi-fi did not work.
Not much choice on the menu. Breakfast was average and pretty much the same stuff recycled over the week. The accommodation was quite expensive for the quality. Unfortunately, there are not may choices in Honiara.

Excellent service, friendly staff and meticulous rooms. Loved the pool too! So great to relax and cool off after a busy day.
It would be great if the hotel could clean up the neighboring little beach near the pool. It's only small but covered in plastic bottles. I also wonder if instead of offering free plastic bottles of water, you could do a glass jug instead. Thanks for considering this!

Excellent location located within easy walking distance of the museum, port and many businesses including a great restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. And the grounds are quite pleasant.
The price is a bit steep considering what other accommodations in the area are charging, but we didnt get a chance to check them out.

The breakfast provided a great choice. I appreciated the friendly and highly efficient service of the staff. They went out of their way to help me when my ongoing flight was cancelled.
I had two friends for lunch and we found the service rather slow.

Over priced, next to a bar so have loud music every night until 1am, restaurant is terrible
