Friendly staff from the airport pickup to the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant workers. Spotless room with outdoor seating area. Two good restaurants. ATM and local Sim cards available on the premises.

They nickel and dime you for everything. The hotel is right next to a house with large dogs that bark at all hours of the night. The sheets were stained, the painting was ripped, the chain broken, along with other little items. They won’t let you check in early even if no one was in the room. There is no late check out. The service at the restaurant is super slow, no one comes to take your order. The pool floor is totally peeling. There are 2 other places down the street though that are not as expensive and have nice places to eat and are nicer.

Solomon Airlines had an issue with aircraft in Gizo and we were delayed over 35 hours making it absolutely impossible to make our reservation but I was charged full price even under unforeseen circumstances with Solomon Airlines.
Nothing I payed $500 for a room I never saw or used

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms.
The pool was out of order the entire time but the booking doesn’t tell you that. The property is much smaller than it seems. There’s options for paddle boards etc but no beach and the water in front of hotel is gross.

Steps to pool need to be better marked. Three people from our dive boat stumbled on the stairs and one nearly broke her wrist.

Good place to stay overnight when transiting to a different island. Airport shuttle bus was excellent but for small fee.

The breakfast was delicious! I tried a few places and this was the best. My faves were the fruit salad and eggs benedict, and my colleague liked the breakfast burrito. They had excellent flat whites.

The hotel is among the best in Honiara. Rooms are clean and you can enjoy the evenings by the sea.
The staff service can be bit better especially at breakfast. No one seems to care if there is a guest.

Stayed here for work but would return for a personal trip! I really enjoyed the Deluxe Resort View Suite. The bed was comfortable, the air con worked well, the shower pressure was strong with hot water. Everything met or exceeded my expectations! The on-site restaurant was also really tasty. I had breakfast every single morning and ordered room service dinner after arriving after dark. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was not great. There was 1 power outage in the middle of the night but the hotel notified everyone in advance. Also, there aren't many places to swim or snorkel on the property. It is actually recommended to take a taxi to Bonegi Beach for solid swimming and snorkeling.

Nothing.
Food was expensive and not very good, room rates were too high, breakfast was dreadful, the manhole cover in my bathroom burst open which made me feel vulnerable to rodents or even people. I called reception but they did not address the issue immediately. I had to go down to call them to fix it. I’m grateful for the guy who made an effort to help but still, that should not have happened. If other options were not fully booked, I would not stay at this hotel.
