this is an excellent hotel in central Riyadh. Good for business purposes. Staff are friendly. It was a short stay, had no problems. There is connected shopping mall with some social places.

Bfast was good and variety.
Even I requested for fountain view room but they gave me backside view room. I messaged multiple times thru this app but no response and then before check in I even called and requested. But no luck ? Didn't get any complementary. Room was also not big.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our one-night stay truly unforgettable while celebrating my sister’s graduation. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser Alahmed, who arranged everything perfectly and made the entire process so smooth and effortless. His genuine care made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy this special occasion. I would also like to express my deepest appreciation to Gwen, Mr. Jerone, and Chef Jeffrey from the in-dining services. Their kindness, warmth, and thoughtful graduation gift truly touched us. Every detail, from the service to the presentation, reflected exceptional care and generosity, and they went above and beyond to make our celebration feel personal and memorable. My sincere thanks also go to all the butlers who served us during our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and constant willingness to help made us feel extremely comfortable. Thanks to all of you, our stay was not just a hotel visit but a beautiful and meaningful night and memory that we will always value deeply. Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton felt like spending a night inside a magnificent palace, almost like a movie from Night at the Museum. From the moment we arrived, the entrance team, Lama in reception and the butler service were extraordinarily attentive. A HUGE thank you to Hani, Fadila and Golnour from the butler team, as well as Aseel and Aisha from Guest Relations. Every interaction came with genuine warmth and often with their signature “My pleasure!” that truly made us feel welcomed. Although my wife’s birthday was still a few days away, the butler team together with Guest Relations arranged an unforgettable surprise. They prepared a beautiful bouquet of flowers, delicious cakes, grape-wine, a thoughtful gift and many small and lovely details that made the moment incredibly special. Their coordination and sincerity left us positively overwhelmed. Millions of endorphins… Breakfast was excellent and home made granola was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and every team member we engaged went far beyond standard service levels. A truly memorable experience, even for just one night. We will definitely return. Thank you once again!
