The accommodations, furnishings, linen/bedding and towels are 5 star quality. The room was amazing. Comfortable and plenty of space for guests to meet. The kitchen was more like a mini-kitchen with 2 electric burners, microwave, rice cooker, 1/2 size fridgerator, and 3 barstools at the counter. The property decoration and furnishing is brand new. And even a washer/dryer for clothing.
I didn’t like that I have to leave and go home!

On a quiet street. Staff were very nice and helpful and always smiled.
Rooms were not serviced while we were there however staff were generally helpful when we needed something done.

Great for a family, good space for price, good location for getting in and out of Riyadh without having to go downtown. Easy to check in and out. Not fancy but works well for a fair price.
Beds were a bit hard. One of the two showers in the room was so small couldn’t really use it. The other was fine though.

Rooms are spacious and clean.
Poor amenities. No breakfast. Parking is available only for a few cars. Corridors spaces are very limited, and their lighting is very dim. The toilets are relatively primitive and very small compared with the rooms.
