The room is somewhat clean.
Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in Makkah, and the poorest service I have ever encountered in a hotel. • First: I arrived at 7:00 AM. Despite speaking to the staff multiple times, they insisted that check-in was strictly at 4:00 PM, forcing me to wait for hours. • Second: The staff are incredibly rude. After waiting nearly 9 hours, I finally got to my room only to find the AC was broken. When I called room service for help, the employee literally transferred my call to another customer who was on the line! • Third: When I tried calling back, they would pick up the phone and leave me on hold indefinitely without answering. • Fourth: I requested a room change due to the broken AC. The receptionist told me she didn't have the "authority" to provide an alternative room, only the authority to send a technician to look at my problem! • Fifth: I went down to meet the manager. The receptionist refused to let me meet with him, and kept saying, "What do you want him for? He’s not here!" It turns out he was actually in the building in the room behind the receptionist! • Sixth: My aunt got stuck in the bathroom because the door jammed. I contacted reception and explained that she suffers from claustrophobia and we needed immediate help. They left her trapped for 15 to 30 minutes. When I followed up, the employee casually said, "Yes, I’m aware!" No one moved until I went down and threatened to call the Fire Department. • Seventh: I booked two rooms, each for two people, and added breakfast for one of the rooms. At the restaurant, they claimed the breakfast was only for one person. How does that make sense for a double-occupancy room? • Eighth: They tried to overcharge us, demanding 55 SAR per person for breakfast at the restaurant, even though my booking app clearly stated 40 SAR. • Ninth: Basic necessities like water and tissues are never delivered.

Everything was excellent. I booked a room for 4 people. In most hotels, it is either one large room with 4 beds, or two separate rooms connected by a door, each with two beds. In this hotel, however, the large room was divided into two smaller rooms: one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed. The hotel is relatively close to the Haram. Once, we were just a few minutes late for the shuttle to the Haram, so we took a taxi instead and it cost us only 15 SAR.
We stayed for two nights, and on both nights, actually late night, we experienced an issue with the water in the toilet. I’m not sure if it was a problem limited to our room only, but since we were able to resolve it ourselves, Alhamdulillah, I didn’t think it was worth complaining about. The problem was that the shattaf stopped dispensing water and started making a hissing sound, as if there was an airflow issue. The same thing happened with the basin faucet. We fixed it by fully opening both faucets and pressing the shattaf for a few minutes until the water began to flow smoothly again. During day, there was no problem,

The property as a whole is good. However, the location is about 45mins walk and the shuttle service that hotel provides is not good; buses are not available around the clock and there are huge breaks in between.
