Abdulmalek and Yaseen were very supportive. They are professional and made my experience amazing. The room was clean and above my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The transportation to Makkah and back was at my request and at any time. I recommend the hotel and I will back to it the next time. Thank you!

There were no fixed time for the shuttle. You had to have a working phone number to call them to pick you up. I didn’t so i had to get a cab each time which was a hassle because of traffic all the time.

Distance to Al-haram can't be a walking , The Hotel provides a bus , You have to align with them in advance.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Thill Hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Mr. Abdulrahman was extremely cooperative and supportive when my flight was delayed, and he helped me reschedule my booking smoothly. The location is also excellent, with Al Baik, Al Tazaj, a juice shop, and a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Very convenient for visiting the Haram as well.
Honestly, I didn’t find anything negative during my stay. Everything was well managed, and the service exceeded my expectations.

Location is easy to access for restaurants
Washroom is too congested and maintenance is not proper. Reception and housekeeping person is the same. No shuttle service for Grand mosque.
