Everything was wonderful, all the staff are lovely people.
The location of the hotel is great, you have a lot of restaurants and utilities next to you.
Comfortable and safe
Sometimes it might get a bit noisy from the street outside.

Everything was fine so far..Specially Miss Manan sorry if i mentioned her name wrong..She welcome us very well..The arabic coffee was really good.. About the cost of room it is costly compare to other hotels..

Not far away from hypermarket and restaurants
The problem is washing machine, the visitor must tell the staff that you want to wash your clothes via washing machine, so the staff will bring the washing machine to visitor. I think it is not good for both of visitor and staff, because staff will have to carry the washing machine. If the hotel wants to provide the laundry, please put the washing machine in the designated area

I am disappointed with this hotel. There was no internet in the hotel and I couldn’t connect with anybody. Also the staff didn’t seem helpful to call a taxi for me. Instead they asked me to go on the road and find it myself. Only Amal was helpful as she tried to give me her own hotspot for a while. But hotel should fix those wifi!!!
