Beautiful hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent.

Luxurious hotel
The government reserved the hotel so they had to kick us out. The staff couldn’t handle the situation smoothly so they caused us lot of stress and wasted 2 days of my time.

The location, and bed was comfortable
Unfortunately when i arrived, because i had a Toyota Corolla, no one greeted me, until i called the valet, and an S class came in behind me and they serviced them 1st even tho i was there 1st, second there is always just one guy at the reception, we were like 5 waiting, and when i asked the guy he told me the other guy went to pray and is taking too long, and then i went out at 8am came back at 1pm and the room wasn’t clean, and then when i inquired, they sent the room service and he told me i can clean now, while i’m in the room?! .. anyway not a pleasant experience considering the name and price.

Everything was great until they forced me to check were i don’t have problems with that but give two options two except 1 night refund that will take up to 10 days or to relocate me to cheaper hotel by 40% than the rate i paid for them. The reception guys were very bad on managing this situation and there supervisor management seems they don’t care

The gym area was the best part
Mr. Salam who was responsible in the dining area was the worst staff who speaks rude to me and discriminatory towards me. I reported him to the Manager however their was no head to follow up the issue u til I reported the case and escalated thru the ritz Carlton international which is based in the USA . My room was noisy I can even hear all the noise from the other room which is connected to my room. The Russian guy who happens to have no initiated in giving me such room. The guard checks my identity but other customer he just let the in without asking and checking so much discrimination of this property

Disappointing
There is no swimming pool, and guests are not permitted to sit in the lobby to enjoy coffee. I requested room cleaning once in two different days, they later skipped my room, claiming they had already passed by while I was asleep. On another occasion, I parked my car with valet service, but no staff were available to assist. Beds not comfortable.
