Everything was perfect , all staff were very polite and cooperative, specially Mr Abdul Majeed in the concierge , also the reception staff .
Some points to be mentioned: 1. Shampoo shelf in the shower where too small, so they put only shampoo and body wash , the conditioner was outside the shower box near the washing basin. 2. The Spray near the toilet on the left side , the standard should be on right side .

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and the ambiance felt royal and elegant. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very clean.

Yousef and the rest of the hotel front desk are very supportive, and it's the best hotel. It's advisable to book through the hotel directly for the same price, and I had bad view parking lot. The hotel is in front of the sea and the hotel doesnt have swimming pool.
What every it show on the booking.com the price you must add 200 more tax and other fees. Make sure this doesn't appear right away; once the bill is processed, you will be certain that you have been charged an extra 200 Saudi Riyals..

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I experienced during my stay. At check-in, the receptionist failed to return my passport and did not inform me that it was retained. This was only discovered at checkout, causing severe stress as I had a flight to catch. Despite multiple calls and personal visits to the reception, the staff member handled the matter very casually, failed to return calls, ignored the urgency, and only checked after I insisted strongly. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves a guest’s passport. Such a serious lapse should never happen. If a passport is mistakenly retained, it is the hotel’s responsibility to immediately inform the guest and properly hand it over to the next shift. This was clearly not done. Additionally, a simple request to Room Dining for English Breakfast Tea sachets was completely ignored. This is not the standard of service expected from a reputed hotel chain. I suffered unnecessary stress purely due to staff negligence, and this experience has left a very negative impression. I expect this matter to be taken seriously

The staff was very friendly throughout the establishment. Everything was organized clean and the staff very responsive. I want to really commend everyone for their effort to maintain the high standard. I especially want to thank Chef Nessrin for her service with a smile and going the extramile. She made the stay a little bit more enjoyable.
The Spa was not at the same service standard as the rest of the hotel.

Excellent stay and we decided to come back for few more days later in December. Great hotel, great location on the red sea and superb attention to detail. Two staff members made our stay more enjoyable, Chef Nessrin and Ahmed Jamel at the retaurant were just great. Really a very nice stay all around.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean, but I booked a special offer and didn’t find half of the amenities they told me about in the room.
There was no privacy at all. Every few minutes, I had friend and family members knocking on my room door, I don’t know how they knew my room and I don’t understand how they were able to access the floor when the elevator requires a key card. I couldn’t sleep or relax at all. This was my first and last time staying there. Despite all of this, I did not report it to the front desk and I left the hotel at 9:00 a.m.
