Access to the building from the main road is not direct, you have to go around the mall and the hospital to reach the hotel entrance. The AC unit was too cold and not adjustable.

Location, Mall Access, The Swimming pool was open and GYM was also accessible.
This Hotel used to be Staybridge series back in 2018 and we have been staying here regularly, now it has been moved under Hilton Double Tree series. Unfortunately I felt that overall it does not match the standards set by Hilton. The room upon check-in was not clean and furniture was dusty. There were no tissue boxes and towels in the guest toilet were missing. Moreover, they do not offer in-room dining. For food either you will have to use their restaurant buffet or access to the Andalus Mall food court. The toilet needs renovation and deep cleaning as the toilet seat has cement and silicon marks on them. Fumigation is also required as twice there were cockroach moving out from the sink. Overall room is species and beds are comfortable, the tennis court requires a complete renovation. The AC system in the living room needs a deep cleaning as there was a lot of mold smell coming from it. The housekeeping staff were not careful to ensure proper cleaning and were running through cleaning the furniture and vacuum due to which dust remained on the surfaces. The hotel used to be outstanding when it was under Staybridge management. I would highly recommend Hilton to ensure their level of quality in this hotel as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree Hilton. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. Plus, the free dates and Arabian Coffee at check-in were a nice touch. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I think you'll enjoy it too!

Location, room size, breakfast, staff. I would like to thank the head of the restaurant the moroccan gentlman who has shown excellent mannar and welcoming gestures during our breakfast.
The view of my room in the 2nd floor was not good. I usuly stay in the higher floors and I used to see either the swimming pool or the street.
