Location on both Booking and other applications was not correct , buffet is known by varieties of food or familiar at least ?! Not on the chef mood , maintenance must be on plenty days ; not on vacations especially holy Ramadan month…

The rooms were clean and comfortable
The price shown when book is different and you will pay 71 SAR for early check in, the check in time is too late at 4:00PM !!!!

Its our to go to hotel in Jeddah, good location and price. Sometimes you will have issues checking in after 11 pm, although we informed them but no one was in the front desk for 45 minutes.
They are flexible, and help you as much as they can.
I will stay here again (just bring your mosquito repellent)
A lot of mosquitoes, we had to buy bug repellent and plug it in. The bugs were coming is from the balcony and windows as they are not 100% able to be closed/sealed.
They renewed the rooms, and there is one place in the bed room where the corner decoration metal strip is very sharp, i got cut with it 3 times. I informed them they didnt do anything, and came back again gave us the same room and the sharp metal corner is still there.

I liked the area where the hotel is located near to the airport and the staff was very nice. The hotel is not far from Cornishe and old town is reachable by taxi within in 20 minutes. it was a short but nice stay.
Break Fast and they couild have provided some free water in the room.
