The outdoor pool available 24h for everybody
The receptionists are not properly efficient. No one came to help me with my cases when I arrived. The morning after no-one replied at the phone to send someone to help me.
I had issue with the shower. The drainage didn’t work so the water flowed under the shower door in the whole bathroom

Hotel is close to the Jeddah airport which is a huge plus if you have flight early morning. The room was very spacious room and tidy. Staff was very helpful. They also offer free breakfast, that has a lot of variety. Definitely reserve again when needed.

Rooms are big with a nice view
Staff was not as nice, iftar was very poor, there were some work being done 2 floors down. The most annoying part is that Housekeeper will vaccum a room near by any hour, when its nap time or even at night, they did at 11pm then midnight and even at 2am. You cannot peacefully rest there. Also they only got 2 towels in the bathroom, no floor towel, no hand towel nothing. They literally went the cheapest way possible.

Did not have the breakfast, do they even offer free breakfast?
The cleaning person vacuuming the next room at 2 AM. I had to open the door and request him to consider the time of the day when people are sleeping
