I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant quality is excellent, and parking is smooth and well organized. What really stands out is the staff — from valet parking to reception — everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to details.
Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. The experience met and exceeded my expectations.

First night I rated them 10 because the upgraded my booking to bigger room nice and very clean
Next time they gave me a smelly room in bad location although they have better options

Friendly staff, clean place, quiet atmosphere, close from Jeddah‘s main attractions and great restaurants/cafes, bathroom amenities, free small chocolate from patchi and chocoline which is very sweet, plenty of Equipment for gym brand (technogym) which is not bad, bathtub was super nice.
Room for improvements: Praying carpet can be washed or perfumed so the scent can be nice, 5-10% for new guests to encourage them to try lounge or Argentnian restaurant in hotel‘s premises and announcements regarding possibility for guests to use squash rooms with times/prices, and lastly cooperations with local coaches (Zumba, yoga, pilates…etc) to enroll in classes with times, dates, prices…etc. And participate in those classes at the hotel‘s premesis

I spent one night at the Assila Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The welcome I received during my stay was one of the best experiences in my twenty years of traveling around the world. The reception staff was always attentive to my needs, and the facilities were excellent. The sauna, located on the 18th floor, was particularly spacious and offered a magnificent view, which I greatly appreciated. The tour of Al-Balad with the hotel staffs Abdullah Barabbaa, Adel Khalil, and Sereen Alamoudi was a great surprise; I learned a lot about the culture and heritage. I thank all the hotel staff.
