Everything about refal home I love it, been there since 2019 and it never change, everything is the same.. the scent of the lobby.. the room, staff, location. Mr Abdulrazak the reception is always greet and smile to us.. 10 for him a real hospitality of hotel, feeling welcome

Location and front disk employee is friendly.
1. Bad internet 2. It drives me crazy when i ask for a towel and i need to give him the old one first. 3. Room furniture is very old and had several burn spots. 4. The bathroom window is not mirrored one guy actually saw me in the bathroom and shouted HELLO. ( creepy)

They gave us extra towels. Rooms are spacious.
Parking is bad. High steep, your car will always rub on the ground. Our room is for 4 people and they refused to give us more cups for tea, Only 1 was there. There was no boiler until we asked for one.

Location is really good and it is easy to commute almost everywhere from this location. Apartments were spacious however very small, smelly and uncomfortable bathrooms. The services were not that great. We had to call many times for one thing. House keeping and cleaning services were below average.
