He hotel was incredible. The staff were so great and were always ready and available to make the stay as great as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are massive and very comfortable to stay in. The location is central to so many great parts of Jeddah. I only wish we stayed there longer.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect.
The spa was really bad. The jacuzzi water was cold, and the sauna wasn't hot enough. The steam room was under maintenance. No one was at the massage center. Everything there was just awful.

size of the room and location is good.
The breakfast was very basic with no change of menu for 4 days. Salad, fruit and menu options were the same and less quantity. There was less staff to monitor the food level and add if it is finished in the table. Also, the house keeping did not add when the coffee fillings ran out from the room. Only bed was arranged and no floor cleaning.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at this hotel, and the experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The team was incredibly welcoming and supportive, and they kindly accommodated our late check-out request, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you to Duha and Samih, along with the entire team, for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and helped make our honeymoon a memorable and beautiful experience. Highly recommended, and we would love to return again!
