Room size is good Breakfast food options were fair Location was excellent for the purpose of my visit
Reception staff needs more training and be aware of the gust booking entitlements rather than being requested or confirmed by the gust (like breakfast inclusions and access to the executive lunge, ....) The room needs more decoration and life into it (not a single picture frame or decorative touches there) Drinks (all types) at Breakfast served on Help-Yourself bases rather than served on tables!!

The rooms are large and comfortable
Parking is a nightmare, for such a large property there’s only one floor of basement parking that test your driving skills and most of the parking spots around the hotel are either chained off or occupied by idle rental cars. And the breakfast experience was very disappointing.

He hotel was incredible. The staff were so great and were always ready and available to make the stay as great as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are massive and very comfortable to stay in. The location is central to so many great parts of Jeddah. I only wish we stayed there longer.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect.
The spa was really bad. The jacuzzi water was cold, and the sauna wasn't hot enough. The steam room was under maintenance. No one was at the massage center. Everything there was just awful.
