The hotel has an excellent location and is directly connected to Red Sea Mall, which made everything very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room furniture was modern and comfortable.
Nothing significant, but there is still room for slight improvement in overall service speed during busy times.

Location at Red Sea mall is very convenient. Everything is available including mosque to pray Taraweh or Jumaah.
Check in n check out process. Even I decided not to pursue normal check out because the receptionist in charged was taking a long time handling other guest. When I check in after magrib, I have to wait quite a long time until I received my room card.

Not the best one need improvement in term of speed and availability of employees during check in and out, couple of times only one employee is available. However, the services and support are good ?.

Excellent Breakfast Excellent ? ? quality and excellent decorations and comfortable design. I loved the experience with great staffs.
? Room:
Amazing Amazing Amazing, big room, clean and comfortable and design is really amazing. I really loved the lighting design and style with the furniture. House keeping was a bit slow though but seems it's Friday.
? Location:
Excellent location very close to the beach ⛱️ ? ? with possibilities to get beach view with extra expenses for sure ?. From airport ? to around 30 minutes minimum so be aware during busy time. Also near the biggest shopping ? mall in Jeddah, Red Sea ? Mall. Don't go with your wife or GF ?. Trust me.

Location and the lounge situated in the hotel.
The receptionist Fatimah was very helpful and supportive during my check in.
No sockets near mirrors to use hairdryer properly.
Also, water mixers are not functioning well. They switch between extreme cold and extreme hot waters specially in the shower area in my room. Bottom line, no maintenance is made to the bathroom.
Also, I explained to the receptionist 'Muhanned' that I am in need of at least 2 hours late checkout, but he refused to give me more than an hour !
