Staff was very pleasant, they worked hard to get us adjacent rooms and allowed early check in. The rooms were clean and spacious and otherwise well equipped. Location was great for us but really depends on what you want to do in jeddah. Free coffee and dates downstairs. There's also a very affordable restaurant downstairs that's known for good food.

good location for our needs
great local breakfast, we loved the traditional food
head of the bell boys was very helpful to assist in our needs, I mean really really helpful
we arrived late Dec 31st and the kitchen put a dinner together on short notice
some staff was a bit overwhelmed with non local guests, but good intentions always to resolve any questions we might have had
