Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the atmosphere was. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Honestly, the hotel is reasonably priced, close to the airport, offers excellent service, and the food is superb, especially on the rooftop.
The follow-up was excellent. Sister Sireen was very helpful and cooperative, reflecting the professionalism of the hotel staff.

The facility was generally satisfactory; however, prior to booking, I contacted the establishment to confirm that the pool was heated. Upon arrival, I found the water to be cold. Additionally, I was informed that the pool operated 24 hours a day, but it was actually only accessible from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Furthermore, I was asked to pay for breakfast despite having already paid an additional fee for breakfast at the time of booking. This reflects a clear service failure within the breakfast department.
The breakfast area manager was unprofessional and confrontational in his approach. When I explained that breakfast was included in my reservation, he responded in a demanding manner and made an inappropriate accusation, alleging that I was engaging in a “haram” act. He further stated that, according to his records, only one guest was registered under the booking.
Having stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, including properties where reservations list a single guest while breakfast is enjoyed with a spouse, I have never encountered such an issue. It is disappointing that a hotel marketed as a five-star establishment demonstrates a level of management and customer service that falls far below that standard.
