The hotel is located above a very busy coffee shop and restaurants which they open late till 3:00 am. The restaurants open outdoor seating and people start coming from 8 pm till 3 am. It was impossible to sleep as the street becomes very crowded and horns are there the whole night. The floors are not clean as they should be and service is slow

There are several restaurants and cafe shops around the hotel, making it an excellent location
The customer service needs to be improved. Noise outside can be heard through thin windows, and dust accumulates inside. The TV was not working despite numerous attempts to inform them.
