Very nice location from haram , bathroom facilities and bed are comfy .
Elevators are busy , even staff uses it to move equipments , which crowds the elevator .
Extending stay application has to be done at near by other hotel , would take time out of your day .

Close to the Prophet’s mosque, great staffing and always going out of the way to ensure all needs are met especially, MD. Alom who was beyond amazing with his accommodations and hospitality. He is a very genuine person who is willing to help with anything that the guest needs and he deserves all of the praises as his work ethic and checking in to ensure all is OK at all times is beyond what we asked for. Amazing person at heart too. Thank you, Brother Alom!

Check in process took longer than usual .I paid through this application but when I arrived at the hotel , they told me that I have to pay at property as it was mentioned in the application that the payment would be made in the hotel !I was worried that the payment might be duplicated,but it is not
The phone was not working and I had to go to reception to get any service ,It took 2 days to fix the phone after many requests to get someone to fix it

I stayed again in this hotel. I would still consider this hotel a good option given its location and reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The awkward experience I found this time is mainly through the check in process which seems to be a nightmare and very challenging for visitors especially during the peak season. There is a lack of staff at the reception to handle customers which makes you feel very frustrated. I think these situations mostly come from poor management which I really hope the hotel management can pay attention for and get things fixed at earliest. I understand some visitor groups are hard to deal with though.
Check-in experience was a nightmare. Pay more attention for rooms cleanness.

Despite the lengthy check in process the women at the front desk was helpful
Refund was accepted as we did not stay in the property
- the property took 2 hours to check in even though we came in at a time it wasn’t busy at 8pm
- we requested to see the property before paying however this was not accepted
- there was a strong sewage smell throughout the rooms
- the property is need of a full make over
-the pictures do not reflect the current state of the property
- A week later we are still waiting on 3 rooms to be refunded with only one refund being processed so far.

Southern Rooms
The reception staff was not cooperative. The northern rooms were too noisy and too light, and the curtains didn’t block the light. It was difficult to sleep or rest. Most of the rooms had an extra bed, but there was no space between the beds.
You have to keep asking for everything such as cleaning towels shower soap and toilet paper and tissue paper
