The experience was just okay. After a five-hour journey from Jeddah, we arrived at 1 AM to find the Muslim shower had low water pressure. Despite complaining and waiting for 30 minutes, we were only offered their personal washroom opposite our room. The issue was fixed the next day. Overall, a passable stay.

Room was spacious, and an extra mattress with a pillow and blanket was also provided at the same cost. Reception staff was also cooperative.
Parking and hotel location were not easy to find. TV was not working. Overall, it is far away from Masjid Nabvi. It's almost 20 mins drive due to traffic.

The room was large and equipped with a bed, sofa, microwave oven fridge, cabinet.
No Towels and tissue in the washroom, Water flow is very low ( its very difficult to take shower and use faucet). most important is there is no sign board or name plate so you will not know until asked someone. There is a warning sign in the entrance area from the tourism authority to leave this property

Room provided for us was very spacious and it has BR, pantry, hall and a toilet. Good wifi service. Staff was very helpful. They help us to carry luggages by using trolley.
