Feeling bad odur when entering into the room!

I called them and informed that i will be check in late due to my delayed in flights. I booked 2 rooms each having 4 beds , when I arrived the reception and the staff named “AL Qarni “ ‘s attitude was very bad and also they gave mu room to someone else also however they gave me a room with 3 beds . However My booking said i have booked for 4 beds room. I was very disappointed to an extent that I had to sleep on floor . What is the point in paying extra if i had to sleep on floor .

My sons room smelled of mold

Washroom or Bathroom is too small, especially the shower area Elevators are always busy, have to wait for a long time, especially during prayer times

The room smells bad and have dirty bedsheets.

I am really sorry to give my below feedback with Images about our total 4 days stays. Below is details with pictures. 1st = When we checked-in our room, Hot water heater was not working, We requested to send technician next day they came and One of the guy was trying to convince me that water heater is ok, they turned off due to weather. when I was keep asking them to check by opening roof of bathroom, so later they found out it has technical issue (Not working) anyways they replaced with new one. again stupid act they made, they removed 50L water heater and installed 20L small water heater and run away. (Pictures Attached for both old and new water heater). 20L is not sufficient for 2 person for shower. 2nd = Telephone was working on 1st 2 days, 3rd days & 4th day phone was dead. So we had to go down to speak to them if anything is needed. (Worst Experience) 3rd = Hot Water Kettle was broken (Picture Attached), we tried to manage. as we had to take medicine with warm water. 4th = Front Desk (Arabic Guy) was very rude. During the check out day morning we have requested that we will check out after Duhar Salah which is 12:30pm (Prayer Time). he said ok. Once we came back from Masjid e Nabwi around 12:50pm. we were checking out at same time. (Due to phone dead) He couldn't call in our room, so he came by himself and knocked the door. I told him we are coming down in 10 mins (1:10pm). he threatened me and gave me warning if we will not come down in 5 mins we need to pay 500 SAR Extra.. THIS IS SO RUDE, SO UNACCEPTABLE. I told him OK in 5 mins we will be down. and we checked out at 1:15pm... (we agreed 12pm is check out time for hotel policies) I need to inform Mr. Imad (Hotel Manager) about this... Is it so strict "RULE" 12:00pm Sharp checkout??????? 1 Hour extra is a big deal for your hotel. FYI I need to mention, I have checked in also Late night @2:00am on 9th Dec. (Check-in Date 8th Dec.) almost 12 hour late checked-in.

Internet is worst and bathroom so bad

Service was good and meet the requirement, I suggest, make permanent client who used this facility to create a regular ID likewise membership whenever that customer introduce a new client the facility should rewards them a good discount whenever they come again.

Cleanliness was not that good.. smell Broken furniture

Wifi Breakfast Leak in the bathroom

Everything. The rooms are dirty and the my room didnt have wifi connection, I spoke to the staff and asked to change the room but they weren’t cooperating at all. The price is not worth it all for the cleanness and the facilities.

Near to Majsid-e-nawabi

Rooms and bathroom are small for 4 persons , A/C not working, bathroom tabs leaking, too much group bookings .. breakfast area have not enough space according to the guest in hotel …
