Online person dealing and answering queries has no sense and doesn’t deserve to be at that place . I almost cancelled the program because of his language and replies. Insists on check out before 12 on Friday . Refused for check in before 4 pm due to whic I delayed more than hour in the way to not to arrive early . Too much delay in replies .

I didnt like the size of the room and how the door opens and exposes the whole room and the people inside (no privacy at all )

Washroom are very small

The room was quite small compared to what we expected. Another major issue was the lack of proper management. The hotel seemed overcrowded, and guests’ luggage was often left in the corridors, especially near the lift area. This made it very difficult to move around, and we faced this problem repeatedly for 2–3 days, which was quite frustrating. The check-in experience was particularly disappointing. Despite informing the hotel in advance about our early arrival, we had to wait for more than three hours in the lobby. One of the receptionists, Haifa, was not helpful during this process. Communication was difficult, as she was only able to speak Arabic. As a front desk receptionist in an international hotel, basic English communication would be expected, and this language barrier made the situation more challenging. Additionally, her attitude did not feel welcoming during our interaction, which added to the overall disappointment. We had to repeatedly go to the desk to ask if our room was ready, as there was no proactive update from her side. Eventually, we were informed very casually that the room was ready after a long wait. In general, the reception service was not satisfactory. There seemed to be a language barrier, as communication was mostly limited to Arabic, making it difficult to get proper assistance. Also, when we tried calling reception multiple times over a few days, our calls were not answered, which was very disappointing.

For women gate you have to walk for at least 15 minutes. The room and the beds were very small which is not comfortable.

Hotel is a bit far from ladies prayer area in the mosque. Excellent for men prayer locations.
