The Location
It’ needs renovation, we asked for changing suhoor with Iftar and they up charged for that. The restaurants need more variety. The telephone in the room was not working and the cleaning service was not perfect.

the location is very near to Masjid Nabawi, the breakfast was very nice and exceptional, i would like to name Sohil Miah in the restaurant he took good care of all the guests and he was always on his toes to help and offer tea coffee and other food items. Appreciate the late night fruit basket and the welcome letter.
i booked for two nights and only stayed for one night. as i have to leave to catch a flight back home in this war situation in the middle east

I booked 4 person quadruplet, but they upgraded for free on their own accord to 2 rooms (3 twins and one king). It was super nice and we enjoyed the stay. We asked for couple more blankets and their service was super fast.

everything went well,
there was Guest in charge Mr Bandar, Duty Manager Rima and Reception Mr. Ehsan were really kind and respecting for us, hotel food was also good, its value for money,
regarding food seems a bit expensive for per head charges.
