It was clean and the facilities were good as expected
The car parking basement garage is very small
I was asked for an early check in fee of 150 SAR which i declined and had to cancel the reservation on booking.com , three hours later i checked in without a reservation and without an early check in fee.

Location and services
We were at the As'Saafa hotel during November 2025. This hotel has a good location, but unfortunately the room was awful, with zero soundproof capability. You can hear every single noise from your neighbors. I would never recommend this hotel; stay there if you can tolerate a highly noisy environment.

The hotel is nice and very clean, new and close to Al Haram 10 minutes walk from Al Salam Gate, the receptionists Ahmed and Ahmed are very friendly and welcoming.

Very close to Masjid Al Nabawi and the hotel room was quite big for a 4 bedroom. I would highly recommend especially for the price we paid. This was also booked quite last minute.
