Special thanks to Ms Samaher, very accommodating and helpful allowing us to check in early. You really helped us a lot specially when we were all tired from traveling from Qatar with small kids. The hotel is very near to Masjid Al Nabawi

The hotel is just a short walk to the Haram, and very close to the women’s gate, which made it really convenient, especially for families.
Very small rooms – The space was tight, and it didn’t feel comfortable for more than one or two people. Housekeeping issues – No one came regularly to clean or check on the room unless we specifically asked. Limited parking – There were barely any parking spots, and it was a hassle to get help from staff to park. Parking was not clearly included or managed. Elevator problems – The lifts were always overcrowded, and there was no staff around to assist or manage them, which was frustrating during peak times.

It was close to Haram. The food street was also close, so were the other eating options.
The room number 403 , being Deluxe King Room, was too small. The room was booked for two persons, but only one chair was provided without table. There was water leakage in the washroom (shower area). There were noises both from within the hotel and from outside.

The elevator was always busy and full. I had to use the stairs from the eighth floor.

Location is good.
Everything else is bad like rooms are very small. Beds are even smaller. Washroom and other facilities were also not upto mark.
