like the location and facilities of hotel . Cleaning staff and bell boys were very good boys . the two lady on reception were very helpfull

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable, great location
Staff at reception could not speak English, only Arabic. The male night receptionist was very rude. We wanted to check out early to catch our plane and needed our deposit back, it took a long time for him to return it, causing us to be late to the airport and nearly missing our plane. Nearly 2 hours we spent communicating with him, he made no effort to try to understand us or call someone who would.
We had another booking for 1 guest for the following day, they would not let us pay for it or pay online, they said the guest would have to pay the following day. We gave the guest the cash but when the day came they did not allow him to check in and he had to find alternative accommodation. He was an elderly man in his 80’s this was very destressing for him.

First of all, I would like to thank the staff of Le Bosphorus Hotel, they are really amazing. One day before my check-in, I received that I got an upgrade from Le Bosphorus Towers to Le Bosphorus Waqf Safi Hotel which was more closer to Al Haram Al Nabwi, due to the availability of the rooms. So the review is more related to the Waqf Safi Hotel. It was an amazing experience with a great location. You can see AL haram from your room, few minutes walking from and to Al Haram. The hotel is surrounded by some nice shops for gifts and grocery. The room was very clean and the bed was amazing. The WIFI worked well and everything was more than perfect.

This is my third time to stay in this hotel. Overall, I am impressed every time I visit the hotel.
The rude attitude from one staff during the breakfast in the first day. The hot milk machine wasn’t functioning well and unfortunately my finger got hurt. I asked him for help; However, his reaction towards me was really not professional and instead he blamed me for not using it in the correct way.
