Walking distance to the masjid

The place is too dirty
The bathroom smells disgusting all the time
Your feet get dirty black from the dirty carpet
You can’t sleep because you keep hearing the noises from the street due to the bad insulation of the windows
The design of the place is very old where the elevator is located in the middle of the rooms and too close to the doors so you keep hearing elevator peeping and people talking and moving all the night
You pay thousands of dollars and they don’t give you a roll of toilet paper unless you ask many times
They have safes that do not work
Garbage pins are located beside the rooms

Very bad, and cost is very high, the hotel offer lower cost by 200 SAR for the physical reservation.

The hotel was nice and good quality for the money, the staff was kind, the facilities were up to our needs, the place was near the Haram and near the museum, there were a lot of nearby shops.
I thought the bed was a bit stiff but maybe it’s just me, not sure if all beds are the same of course

The distance is short from the hotel to Al Masjid an Nabawi. It is a good, walkable distance. If your time is short, after adhan you can catch the Jamaah.
Language proficiency was lacking among those sitting in the reception, who ought to be fluent in English.
1. Instead of assisting the guests, the staff acted impolitely and stayed busy for no apparent reason.
2. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 4 PM and were given a room, but nobody helped us carry our luggage up to the room. It seemed incredibly unprofessional and pathetic.
3. There are four beds in the cramped room. There is no way to move.
4. It's sad that there are no bath towels or water kettle provided.
