Up until the date for my registration, I was able to communicate with this hotel via booking.com letting them know that I will be arriving as stated on my reservations they confirmed my booking. On the day of my arrival, I kept calling the hotel number listed on booking.com to no avail. It rang and rang and rang, and no one ever answered, despite having been in communication with this hotel viabooking.com. I was quite puzzled, but still decided to make the drive out there. It was a very, very long drive as I took took a taxi upon arriving at the hotel this hotel has been out of business business for a while. I knew I was at the correct hotel because I saw the name. I missed it on my booking also at the physical building of this hotel, the lights were off and staff were not available. I then had to at the very last minute sort out a place to stay, which is unfortunate because during this time of year and traveling on a religious journey many of the hotels, if not all had been booked, and I had to spend a night at the hotel lobby of another hotel, hoping that someone or a room will be made available. This was very terrible and messed up all my travels plans. I wonder who was communicating to me and why because this hotel as of now is currently not in business I went there in person, and this hotel was closed.

It was wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was unbelievable . They made very special dodh patti tea for us and spicy omelet. My grand daughters loved the bakery items and the next door huge shopping mall.

Hotel was very comfortable and satisfying. The room was clean, well maintained, and the overall service met expectations with a decent Breakfast. Staff were professionals and very helpful specially Mr Amir from pakistan and all facilities were up to the mark.
The only challenge I faced was the distance from the Haram Masjid, which made going back and forth a bit inconvenient.

Staff - specially the receptionists and the dining staff (thx to Mr. Akbar for his extended service that made the dining experience more comfortable for families).
There is an excellent bus service to Alharam during praying times but I suggest they consider a shuttle bus service around the clock.

location was excellent being on the ring road and 10 m drive from major Madinah destinations. on top of that, being part of a mall which has a large supermarket makes it super convenient for both families and long stayers. Free Parking at facility was convenient and breakfast more than what you ask to start your day.
the personal care and gesture hospitality received from receptionist to the GM, who made sure in person to check on our stay and comfort. i will definitely consider returning back and recommend to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Excellent Stay at Marriott Executive Apartments Madinah
We had a wonderful experience at Marriott Executive Apartments Madinah. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect — one door directly opens into Al Rashid Mall Food Court, which is super convenient for dining and shopping.
The free shuttle service to Masjid e Nabawi runs five times a day, making it very easy to attend prayers on time. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
Overall, it’s a very clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah!
