Comfort, Nearby Restaurants, Parking available.
Location was 1 hour walk from Masjid An Nabawi. If travelling with family one must have to bear in mind for the transportation. Secondly, The cost of the room is a bit higher side considering the distance from Haram.

The checkout time flexibility: they let me check out until 3 pm, even though their policy is 2:00 PM.
The support staff members (except the male receptionist) were friendly and welcoming.
The reception staff does not know English; the lady at the reception was good at communication and was very welcoming, but the male staff member at reception was not so nice, kind of a rude person if you talk in English.
And the washroom was having cockroaches.

Location is very close to Quba masjid, 35 mins walk to Masjid Nabawi or you can take the gold car for 10 SAR.
Facilities are very old, not the comfiest bed, terrible wifi!! Even when I tried to connect to my mobile date the connection was so bad I had to go down to reception everytime I needed to make a phone call.

The bed bug are there and not cleaned when I asked for room service ther charg 1SR for eatch time the room should be free.
And they asked me to pay 150SR for minsulpility tax.when I booked I paid all the taxes.the charged me extra 170 SR. That's not fair.

Location was very convenient which is close to Masjid Al-Juma' and walking distance to Masjid Al-Quba.
It was a short distance from numerous restaurants, first food chains, a pharmacy, Saudi postal office, and shopping outlets..
Also, it was easy to hail taxis right in front of the building.
