It was accessible and near the haram and was affordable
The laundry service people didn’t give one clothes back in the time they said they would and then lied about it. We had to leave our clothes back. None of the staff would EVER pick up the phone.
Room was congested and depressing and the AC would not turn down.

Was close to Masjid, and you can pass to Women Musala easily, you can walk through the market booths when commuting to masjid.
Food on breakfast wasn’t good either organised.
Facility was not perfect, and the stuff at recaption pit lazy.

The only happy face that I saw my stay in there was the bellman or doorman his name is Abu salman,very professional man he comes with a smile always asking me if a need anything directions etc
The front seat crew was not trained for Costomer service @ all, very poor service they got there I don’t know if Saudi Arabia doesn’t know hospitality or not, I had to ask 3 times the internet issue & they always aid someone is coming to fix but nobody came

The staff were wonderful and the location was very ideal. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The room was a bit too small for us, especially with luggage it was hard to maneuver. I think it's too small for more than one person.

In breakfast they didn’t allowed us in all the sections. Only Turkish people had their own private section for the breakfast. If you’re not Turkish, they didn’t allow you to go to on the other side of the buffet they had two sections one for Turkish people only and one for other nationalities. It was rude

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was also great; MD- Rupchan and Robin continuously made sure we had what we needed. The food was nice with good options.
Everything was good only wished the property was closer to Haram.
