The only thing good was the location, very close to masjid Al Nabawe!!
My family and I had the worst experience, I don’t know where to start. LETS JUST SAY AWFUL ALL AROUND FROM STAFF, MANAGER, TO DIRTY ROOM!! I must say the cleaning crew did their best to accommodate after we complained but the damage had been done!! I don’t know if other rooms are clean but what they gave us was very bad!!! I have videos but because the cleaning crew did their best I won’t share.

The hotel took 600 riyals for 1 day. We were given hotel at 5pm and were told to leave by 12pm in the morning. There were females at the reception who were not interested in communicating with there guest, rather all 3 of them were busy using there iphones. The bed sheet looked used and the bathroom was all watery and the water was constantly leaking from the bathroom seat. Also the amenities were of really low quality. The only good thing was the guy in the parking, who was really nice and well mannered

Not clean at all,,, people eating around in corridors!!! No cleaning ir towel’s service until you asking for. With this price breakfast has to be included.

The overall hotel is average, room is average, location of the hotel is best because the mosque is 1 minute walk from the hotel.
Most of the time staff is not present at the reception. There was only 1 Egyptian staff member which was very cooperative but he was over burden, and the other Saudi female staff at reception is not interested to work anything. Kindly be aware that parking is an issue, they do not give parking permit and always complain that parking is full.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its close proximity to the Haram.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Hayah Golden Hotel in Madinah, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
.The rooms are extremely small, especially for 4 beds, making it very uncomfortable to move around.
• The carpet was dirty even after the room was supposedly cleaned.
• There was no breakfast offered to us, while other groups (specifically from Turkey and Indonesia) were given breakfast, which felt unfair and discriminatory.
• The bathroom is old, dirty, and clearly not renovated for a long time.
• We waited for a bell boy for nearly an hour. No one came, and I was forced to carry 12 pieces of luggage by myself down to the ground level.
• The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for assistance, we were met with poor attitude and no real support.

The place is ultimately very good, so close from ALHARAM.
check in was very fast.
Checkout was no one on the reception and I wait till the office boy come and receive the key.
Parking was amazing.
The annoying of some guests outside the room.
The stuff (housekeeping) not left any way to clean the toilet with.
Response of the staff (housekeeping) was delayed and not pleasant.

The staff and the facilities are very excellent, Specially Mr. Mahmoud the manager of the hotel is very respectful and helping nature person. The hotel is well maintained and very clean and hygiene.
There is nothing to say about it. The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent.
