Everything, food was not good. Reception was not friendly at all and this is by far the worst experience I have been through. Rooms not cleaned good and just no one cared what you say. Never again

We stayed here after umrah, and we really enjoyed everything, location is perfect, knly few minutes to gate 339 for female. Special shoutout to Mr. Shiraj at Ghars Restaurant who helped us with excellent service during breakfast, thank you Mr. Shiraj ???

while i was waiting for my room check in I requested front desk representative to put my insulin/injection in fridge for temperature control but they put in freezer and due to that my insulin got expire i complain to manager but he didn't response back to me
