The location is perfect, and the apartment is big and the reception staff were friendly and helpful
Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was quite disappointing. There was almost no food available in the serving dishes, and we had to ask the only kitchen staff member for every single item. Each time, he provided a very small portion of food. I fully understand that the number of guests at breakfast may not be high, but as long as breakfast is being offered, it should be presented properly and respectfully — otherwise, it would be better not to offer it at all.

Great Location
Each time I visit this hotel there are some problems as detailed below. This is the last visit for me because they are unwilling to improve and learn how to treat customers with best value. 1. Door Smart Key - Battery dead (second time) 2. Refrigerator is not working properly 3. Reception is defending their problems and unwilling to accept these shortcomings 4. The Maintenace team are not doing their job. They are useless. No periodical or preventive Maintenace at all.
